How do I contact Goliard support?

What is Goliard?
Goliard is a curated pocket guide to the best bars and restaurants in your city, with an AI concierge named Boswell. Every venue is chosen by a curator, not an algorithm or a paid placement.
How much does Goliard cost?
Goliard is free to download and browse. The full concierge and premium features are a small auto-renewing subscription; current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in your Apple ID settings: open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Goliard, and cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us and we will help you through it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email privacy@goliard.app from your account address, or use the in-app account deletion, and we will remove your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can a venue pay to be featured or ranked higher?
No. Curation is never for sale — no venue or brand can pay to be recommended, ranked higher by Boswell, or added to a night. Any labeled paid placement never affects curation.
Which cities does Goliard cover?
Goliard is launching in Houston and expanding one well-known city at a time. A venue only appears once a curator has written a note vouching for it.
